These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the AI Powered Mobile App Hackathon. By registering, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Eligibility

- The hackathon is open to students, professionals, and developers worldwide.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- You can participate solo or in a team of up to 3 members.
2. Registration & Fees
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- The organisers reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid registrations.
3. Hackathon Structure
The hackathon will take place in multiple stages:
- Idea submission & prototype phase
- Shortlisting of Top 100 teams
- Final project submission (for shortlisted teams)
- Selection of Top 50 and Top 20 finalists
- Winners announced at the Grand Finale

Participants must follow these rules:
- Projects must be original and created by the participant/team.
- AI integration in the mobile app is mandatory.
- Projects must be submitted within the deadline.
- Plagiarism or copied projects will lead to disqualification.
5. Team Rules
- Maximum 3 members per team.
- Teams cannot change members after the submission deadline.
- A participant cannot join multiple teams.
6. Judging Criteria
Projects will be evaluated based on:
- Innovation & creativity
- AI integration quality
- Practical use case
- UI/UX & user experience
- Technical implementation
Final results will be based on judgesβ scoring and community voting.

- Maintain respectful and professional behaviour
- Avoid harassment or offensive conduct
- Follow event guidelines and deadlines
Violation may result in disqualification.

11. Media & Promotion
By participating, you allow organisers to:
- Showcase your project and name
- Use photos/videos from the event
- Promote selected projects on social media and website
12. Liability
Organisers are not responsible for:
- Technical issues or internet failures
- Loss of data or files
- Travel or accommodation expenses
13. Changes to the Event
The organisers reserve the right to:
- Modify timelines
- Update rules
- Cancel or reschedule the event if necessary
